Constultation Terms

HOME STAGING

  • 1-hour on-site consultation.

  • Available in the Portland Metro area.

  • Consultation fee is $90 and is a non-refundable deposit towards your project.

  • Clients to receive a listing prep check-list and proposal within 24 hours.

VACATION RENTALS

  • 1-hour virtual consultation via Google Meet.

  • Available in the Pacific Northwest Region.

  • Consultation fee is $90 and is a non-refundable deposit towards your project.

  • Timeline for design completion is subject to availability and scope of work.

  • Clients to receive pro tips to enhance existing design and proposal for redesign within 36 hours.

VISUAL MERCHANDISING

  • Preliminary phone call to review scope of work and schedule a follow-up meeting, either in-person or virtual.

  • Available in the Portland Metro area.

  • No consultation fee required.

  • Timeline for start date subject to availability and scope of work.

  • Designer rate and/or proposal to be determined based on scope of work.

CONSULTATION

Just looking for some input or advice for your project goals? No problem! Erin can review your project status and desires and help provide feedback with a professional point of view. Consult fees go towards next steps if you decide to proceed further.

PLANNING

From floorplans to shop lists, Erin can support your project with the behind-the-scenes steps for you to execute when ready. Planning is her forté, so let her take on what’s always the hardest part for you! Consultation required. Cost dependent upon project scope and materials provided.

IMPLEMENTATION

The roadmap is there, but you need help implementing the new design. Awesome! Here’s where the fun begins for Erin. Let her help bring your plans to life, with a reveal to round it all out when complete. This is a full service package option from start to finish.
